East African Breweries PLC (EABL or the Issuer) hereby gives notice to all the holders of the outstanding Kenya Shillings six billion (KES 6,000,000,000) Medium Term Notes (the Notes) issued pursuant to its Kenya Shillings eleven billion (KES 11,000,000,000) Medium Term Note Programme (the MTN Programme) dated 3rd March 2015, of the intention to exercise EABL’s right of early redemption in respect of the outstanding Notes in accordance with Condition 6(b) (Early Redemption) of the Terms and Conditions of the MTN Programme, as contained in the Information Memorandum dated 3rd March 2015.
