Change in the Share Registrar of East African Breweries PLC (EABL)
This is to inform you of the appointment of Image Registrars as EABL’s share registrars with effect from 1st July 2022. This has been communicated to the public and other stakeholders via the attached press announcement. Please note that this will not apply to shares that have been acquired through the East African Breweries Share Ownership Scheme (ESOP) which will continue to be administered through the scheme’s rules and regulations.
All shareholder queries, application(s) for registration of transfer of shares in EABL, dividend claims, issuance, cancelation and re-issuance of dividend cheques/payments, immobilization of shares and any other share registration services should be lodged with Image Registrars Limited from the effective date.
